I am working with an IT company, I am working as BDM and We are having small sales team.We are implementing different process like,
- Bidding in portals
- Linked IN sales
- Email Marketing
- Promotions through HTML emailing
- Direct Approach through Leads
- Planning for cold calling process.
We are getting business, but i am not satisfied with that. I want some stable business. some stable clients. I am ready to provide them 24/7 service, along with high skilled peoples for their project.We are having team of 45+ developers and we can hire more experts upon client requirements. How it is possible ?
I know sales process is lengthy process and i don't have any issue with that.But for long term we need good results.
