I was working on a proposal which was almost finalized and the budget was also approved the project was supposed to be executed on 3rd may, just day before yesterday everything was fine and was about to get approve but the the end moment my proposal was cancelled and was told that they are working with previous company who had executed the project. now the concerned person won't answer my call i need to understand where i went wrong.
