I can't speak for every sales professional, but I've always struggled with saying "NO" to clients.
The bigger the relationship (revenue, depth of relationships, importance to strategy) the harder this becomes.
Sometimes, you simply cannot "deliver" - and the "NO" conversation is now needed.
